Shipping Policy

We ship to West Malaysia, East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan) and Singapore.
Shipping fees

Malaysian orders are charged in RM and Singapore orders in S$. Free shipping is checked after any promo code discount.
When your order ships
We pack and post your order within 1–3 working days after your payment is confirmed (working days are Monday to Friday, not including public holidays). Delivery times are the courier's estimates after posting, and they can be longer during festive seasons or bad weather.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll add the tracking number to your order page (the link you got when you placed your order) and email it to you.
Your address
Please check your address carefully before placing your order. If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong or incomplete address, or because nobody collected it, we can send it again, but you'll need to pay the shipping fee again.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived well after the estimated time, or it arrives damaged, please contact us. For damaged items, see our Refund Policy.
